POSITION: PROPERTY MANAGER
Location: Dodoma
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of serviced, short-stay furnished apartments in Dodoma.
Key Responsibilities
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Coordinate daily housekeeping, laundry, and cleanliness standards
Ensure apartments are well maintained and fully equipped at all times
Handle guest communication, inquiries, and complaints professionally
Monitor bookings, occupancy, and basic records
Supervise service providers (cleaners, fundis, security, etc.)
Ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Manage basic online presence, including responding to inquiries on booking platforms and maintaining simple social media updates (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook)
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in property management and/or hospitality.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
Based in Dodoma or willing to work on-site
Basic IT skills, including:
Use of smartphones and WhatsApp Business
Managing online bookings and messages
Posting simple updates on social media platforms
